My Order Tracking hasn't updated in a whileUpdated 5 months ago
We understand how hard it can be to wait for a highly anticipated order.
Please note, your order tracking may not show updates every day but your parcel could still be moving through the courier system. We suggest monitoring the tracking for changes and getting in touch if the order is truly late.
When to get in touch:
If your order was shipped with Royal Mail and you have not received it within 5 business days, please contact us via chat, email, or phone.
If your order was shipped via an expedited service such as DHL or DPD and you have not received it within 5 business days, please contact us via chat, email, or phone.
If your order was shipped via OmniParcel and you have not received it within 14 business days, please contact us via chat, email, or phone.
In all instances, we will raise an investigation through the courier to try to locate your original order. If it cannot be located, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
