We’re very sorry to hear that your order arrived incomplete.
In some cases, items may be shipped separately from our warehouse. However, we understand that items can occasionally go missing during transit.
If you believe your parcel may have been tampered with or damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the packaging as it was received. Our Support Team will need these images in order to raise a shipping claim.
Please note that any missing items must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and assist you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to review claims submitted after this period.
