How do I make a UK return for an exchange or a refundUpdated 2 months ago

In order to return items from an order made on the Sealskinz.com (UK) website please follow the link below which will take you to our Returns page;

For returns coming from Isle of Man and Channel Islands please use the Royal Mail Return Portal;

We do require all goods to be returned with their original packaging, any tags that are attached, and in an unworn condition.

We will not be able to accept any returns that are used and do not come with their original packaging and tags*.

*Excluding faulty goods.

Please note that exchanges are processed at the original price paid.

If an exchange product needs to be returned for refund or exchange, the 30 day period starts from the date the exchange order was processed.
