As we continue growing and expanding our brand we have started selling online worldwide. Unfortunately, we do not yet have infrastructure in place worldwide to receive returns in each country or continent. At this time we are asking that all EU, US, and worldwide returns be sent to us in the UK.
Returns from the EU: Please contact us for a returns document to include inside your parcel. We do ask that you cover the cost of returns postage at this time.
Returns from the US: Please contact us for a prepaid return label and returns documentation. Please let us know your order number and the items you wish to return. (Please note that we are currently unable to offer exchanges for US customers at this time. All returns will be processed as refunds.)
Returns from Canada: Please contact us for a returns document to include inside your parcel and the appropriate local address to ship to. We do ask that you cover the cost of returns postage at this time.
Rest of world Returns: Please contact us for a returns document to include inside your parcel. We do ask that you cover the cost of returns postage at this time.
