If you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase, please still complete the form and let us know - depending on the circumstances, we may still be able to assist.
Please note:
- We cannot offer refunds for products purchased through a retailer.
- Refunds can only be processed for items bought directly from Sealskinz.com.
- General wear and tear, loss, misuse, and accidental damage are not covered under the Sealskinz Guarantee.
- The Sealskinz Lifetime Guarantee applies only to products manufactured from summer 2020 onward.
- The guarantee covers items purchased from Sealskinz.com or verified Sealskinz stockists.
- We are unable to accept claims for products purchased from third‑party resale platforms (e.g., eBay, Vinted).
