I have not received my discount code

If you have not received your discount code email within 2 hours, please feel free to contact our Support Team ([email protected]) for assistance. Please remember that discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Like any retailer, our products are subject to price changes/offers/sales. Orders are processed at the value shown at the time of checkout and can not be adjusted or refunded retrospectively.

Please check that you are entering the code in capital letters, with no spaces. Discount codes cannot be used alongside any other discount or offer or during sale periods such as Black Friday (all discount codes are disabled during this time).

I forgot to apply my discount code

We are very sorry but once an order has been placed we are unable to apply a discount/code retrospectively or apply a refund. The code must be applied at the checkout before the order is completed.
