UK Shipping Times for Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Sale OrdersUpdated 21 days ago

During the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period we do expect a delay in dispatch times as we typically receive a large volume of orders to process.

We ask for your patience while your orders are being processed by our fulfilment centre.

Please note, Next Day orders will be given priority but we cannot guarantee true next-day delivery during this time. 

Standard delivery orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 tracked which is a 3-5 day service (it is not a 48-hour guaranteed service). 

Royal Mail 24 tracked is a 2-3 day service (it is not a 24-hour guaranteed service).

Once your order has shipped, full tracking information will be emailed to the email address used when the order was placed.

Please check in spam/junk folders as our updates can sometimes land there.
