Shipping Times for Black Friday/Cyber Monday OrdersUpdated 2 months ago

During the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period we would expect a delay of several days to be able to process the large volume of orders received.

We ask for your patience while these are processed through the system to our fulfilment centre to then be picked, packed and dispatched.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 tracked which is a 2-4 day service (it is not a 48hr guaranteed service) 

Once your order has shipped full tracking information will be emailed to the email address used when the order was placed.

Please check in spam/junk folders as our updates can sometimes land there.
