We understand that you may need to try on an item to assess its fit, size, or suitability. This is perfectly acceptable and will not affect your return rights.

However, returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be resold.

What Condition Should Items Be Returned In?

To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned:

• Clean and free from marks or stains
• Free from strong odours such as perfume, smoke, or deodorant
• Free from pet hair and other contaminants
• With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact where applicable
• In the same condition as when received, aside from reasonable handling to assess the item

Soiled or Damaged Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns or reduce any refund where an item has been returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale. This may include items that are:

• Marked with makeup, fake tan, or other stains
• Soiled through wear
• Covered in pet hair
• Carrying strong fragrances or odours
• Damaged after delivery
• Missing essential tags or components

Please Take Care When Trying Items On

When trying on products, we recommend taking reasonable care to avoid transferring makeup, tanning products, deodorant, pet hair, or other substances that may affect the item's condition.

If an item is returned in a soiled condition and cannot be resold, we may be unable to offer a full refund.

Important: Trying on an item to assess fit is completely acceptable. However, if an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold, we may reject the return or make a deduction from the refund. 

If you receive an item that you believe arrived soiled or damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
