Our waterproof products are waterproof because of a membrane inside. Items cannot be re-proofed with sprays, waxes or such products.

Once the membrane inside the item is perforated or damaged, it cannot be repaired. This also applies to the outer layers of items -- holes cannot be patched and seams cannot be sewn.

You are welcome to attempt a repair of your purchase, however please note that any repairs performed will void our guarantees.
