How do I make a US return for an exchange or a refund ?Updated 7 months ago

In order to return items from an order made on the Sealskinz (US) website please contact us via the Contact Form, so that we can send you a Returns Form and Supporting documents.

We do require all goods to be returned with their original packaging, any tags that are attached, and in an unworn condition.

We will not be able to accept any returns that are used and do not come with their original packaging and tags*.

*Excludes faulty goods.

For faulty goods purchased directly from the Sealskinz website please use the Contact Form to let us know.

For faulty goods purchased from a retailer/third party please complete the Claim Form;

Please note that we are currently unable to offer exchanges for orders placed on the US website. 

All US returns will be processed as refunds.
