UK returns typically take three to five working days to arrive with us via the free UK returns system.
Please check to see if your return has arrived with us by checking your return tracking, which was generated when you created your return label.
This can be located:
1) On your receipt from the Post Office
2) On the downloaded label,
3) On the email that you would have received from Royal Mail after you created the label

Once your returns parcel has been received by our UK warehouse it is added to a processing queue by our Returns Team.
Returned orders are then processed in the order that they arrived and the team will follow the instructions provided for the parcel - a refund or an exchange.
Once this has been processed, you will receive an email to let you know that either your refund has been processed or your exchange has been completed and has been sent through to ship.
During busy periods with large numbers of returns, this process can take up to 10 working days to complete.
