How do I make a return?

We are sorry your product is no longer waterproof.

Please can you follow the link below and fill out the Claim Form, so that we have all of the required information in order to help you?

Please be sure to include a photo of the product in its current state along with proof of purchase to validate the warranty.
Proof of purchase can be a receipt, order confirmation email, bank statement, or your Sealskinz website order number.

We look forward to receiving the Claim Form and assisting you in this matter.

My product is no longer waterproof. What can I do?

At Sealskinz, we work our hardest to make sure your order gets packed and out of the door fast, so that you don’t have to wait too long to be dry and comfy.

Whilst we pride ourselves on this, that also means that if a mistake is made during checkout, on the order or address we are unable to amend this for you.

If you contact us quickly we may be able to cancel in full, depending upon ticket volumes and timeframe.
